REIMBURSEMENT AND PATIENT ASSISTANCE
Reimbursement programs support patients with various insurance-related
needs, including helping them understand their insurance benefits for their cancer
treatments. Patient assistance programs provide free prescription drugs to patients
who do not have insurance coverage and who meet program eligibility criteria.

Sanofi-aventis Pact+®
Program
Pact+® is a comprehensive
program that includes reimbursement and patient assistance services to help take
the challenge out of gaining access to medication for patients in need.

Patient Assistance
The goal of the Patient Assistance Program (PAP) is to provide
medication free of charge to patients who have no insurance and who meet the program
eligibility requirement. To qualify for patient assistance, patient must meet financial
criteria, meet legal residency status, and be under the care of a healthcare provider
licensed and authorized to prescribe, dispense, and administer medicines.
Drug Replacement
The goal of the Drug Replacement Program is to assist patients
who have insurance coverage, but who are denied product coverage on appeal. To qualify
for drug replacement, patient must meet financial criteria, meet legal residency
status, and be under the care of a healthcare provider licensed and authorized to
prescribe, dispense, and administer medicines.
Reimbursement Assistance
The goal of the reimbursement services is to help patient with
no insurance or patients who have insurance but have been denied coverage for a
sanofi-aventis medication
